Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in group therapy sessions and offer support to families and couples navigating challenging situations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health research.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, addressing various aspects of their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on clients who may have difficulties accessing traditional mental health services, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective care that addresses their unique challenges and promotes recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, particularly in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in mental health practice.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.
• Experience working with EMR software and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
