• Engaging with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals through evidence-based practices.
• Conducting thorough assessments, and developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Providing prevention-oriented therapy that addresses mental health challenges while promoting overall well-being.
• Collaborating with external treatment providers and community resources to offer holistic support.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and client records in compliance with organizational guidelines and legal requirements.
• Overseeing a steady caseload while ensuring timely session notes and documentation progress.
• Participating in collaborative staff meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and enrich team dynamics.
• Contributing to a positive work culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and support with colleagues.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will provide compassionate intervention to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that treatment is culturally responsive and respectful. The remote format allows for flexibility in scheduling, accommodating clients’ needs and preferences to deliver therapy effectively.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling or a related field.
• Proficiency in navigating community mental health resources and services.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective connections with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to create rapport and foster trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative spirit to contribute to team success.

While the required experience is two years, candidates with additional experience in specialized fields such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse, or youth counseling will be prioritized. Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and telehealth best practices is also advantageous. Commitment to continuing education and professional development is encouraged to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
