• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health, enabling the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health concerns, adapting approaches to fit clients’ unique situations and needs.
• Facilitate couples therapy aimed at enhancing communication and resolving conflicts, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Regularly monitor and review treatment plans, making adjustments to ensure alignment with clients' evolving goals and progress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.
• In times of crisis, deliver appropriate interventions and empathetic support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of current research and best practices within the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Serve as a champion for clients’ rights, promoting informed decision-making within their treatment journeys.
• Ensure a secure and confidential virtual therapy environment for all client interactions, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Therapists will engage with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma, ensuring customized approaches to meet varied needs. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.
• Demonstrated competency in providing individual and couples therapy, with a clear understanding of therapeutic techniques.
• Proficient writing skills and competency with electronic health record systems, ensuring timely documentation of patient care.
• Exceptional communication ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships and coordinate care with other professionals.

While not obligatory, experience working with children, teens, or couples can be advantageous, enhancing the quality of support provided to our diverse clientele. Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies is also highly valued.
