• Consult and collaborate effectively with clients and case managers to coordinate personalized care strategies, fostering a holistic approach to client mental health.
• Maintain timely and thorough administrative and clinical records in compliance with RAMS policies and outlined clinical standards, ensuring seamless client management.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when required, utilizing evidence-based practices that prioritize client safety and stabilization.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, offering culturally sensitive therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of diverse client backgrounds.
• Engage in case conferences and clinical team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of client treatments.
• Complete comprehensive psychological assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, psychological testing recommendations, and vocational feedback that respects each client's comprehension level.
• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions to foster continuous professional development and integrate feedback into practice.
• Demonstrate proactive involvement in other duties as assigned, ensuring the overall success and adaptability of the counseling team.

Your work will focus on individuals dealing with significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, and grief-related issues. You will play a crucial role in providing outreach, basic support, and crisis counseling, both individually and in group settings, nurturing an environment of compassion and understanding.

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline is required.
• Current licensure—LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW—pursuant to Washington State regulations.
• A proven track record of clinical practice, with a capable understanding of various psychotherapeutic modalities and mental health disorders.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and meet other regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with shifting priorities.

• Experience working within a remote counseling or telehealth model is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to streamline therapeutic practices and documentation.
• Expertise in crisis intervention strategies and working with clients in acute distress.
