Lighthouse Wellness Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our dedicated remote team. In this integral role, you will provide high-quality mental health counseling to individuals dealing with mood disorders, promoting their mental well-being and facilitating their journey towards recovery.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide services in a flexible format that supports both your professional responsibilities and work-life balance. Your work hours will align with standard business operations: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, determining their severity, frequency, and overall impact on daily living.
  • Collaboratively craft individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.
  • Provide essential education and support to both clients and their families on various aspects of mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate an integrated approach to care that encompasses all aspects of the client’s health.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies relevant to mood disorders to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Qualifications
