• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying their unique needs and challenges.
• Formulate effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailored to address their specific goals and circumstances.
• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions via secure remote platforms, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building healthier relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, to facilitate ongoing care and support.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and stability.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to align with clients' evolving needs, ensuring continuous progress in therapy.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and resources for clients.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality and complying with all legal and regulatory guidelines related to therapy.
• Advocate for clients' rights and encourage them to make informed decisions regarding their mental health treatment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with the latest trends in marriage and family therapy.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including adults, teenagers, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Your role encompasses supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional concerns. By providing a safe space for clients to express themselves, you will help them progress toward their personal and relational goals.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the State Board.
• Demonstrated experience in individual and/or couples therapy, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records and adhering to best practices in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Experience working with both adult and youth populations, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet varying developmental needs.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology, ensuring effective delivery of services in a remote environment.
