• Conduct engaging and effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and address their emotional and mental health concerns.
• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate clients' emotional states, needs, and backgrounds to inform therapeutic interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when clients experience acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Foster collaboration with other professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists to provide a holistic approach to treatment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, case supervision, and training to stay current with therapy techniques and licensure requirements.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and are often navigating complex emotions related to relationship dynamics, family systems, and addiction recovery. You will work with couples seeking to enhance their partnership, families striving for better interaction, and individuals facing mental health challenges. Your role will be vital in providing empathetic guidance and personalized strategies to support clients in their journeys toward emotional stability and resilience.

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, ensuring a solid foundation in therapeutic principles and practices.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington, showcasing your commitment to professional standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, which enable you to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
• Experience working with diverse populations and families, demonstrating a deep understanding of cultural competencies and sensitivity.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy, showcasing your ability to handle complex situations.
• Experience in addiction counseling or rehabilitative services is preferred, especially in helping clients manage and overcome substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and online counseling platforms to ensure effective client interactions in a remote setting.

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
