Remote jobs offer flexibility and can be ideal for people seeking a better work-life balance or those who wish to live in Costa Rica while working for international companies. Requirements may include reliable internet access and strong communication skills. These roles can be either for Costa Rican companies or global employers that hire workers based in Costa Rica.
