Role

 

We are seeking a detailoriented Product Specialist with handson experience (or strong aptitude) in Credent Disclosure Management (CDM) to support Finance reporting and disclosure needs. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing financial reports and disclosures used by Finance and related stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Excel skills, a solid finance or accounting foundation, and the ability to translate financial reporting requirements into accurate, scalable CDM solutions.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain financial reports and disclosures in Certent Disclosure Management (CDM)
  • Partner closely with Finance users (FP&A, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting) to gather requirements and implement reporting solutions
  • Develop and manage tables, narratives, rollforwards, and linkages within CDM
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across disclosures
  • Support periodend, quarterend, and yearend reporting cycles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CDM report issues, including formatting, data mapping, and calculation logic
  • Maintain documentation for CDM reports, templates, and processes
  • Collaborate with upstream data providers and downstream reporting teams to ensure smooth data flow
  • Assist with enhancements, optimizations, and automation opportunities within CDM

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Experience building or maintaining reports/disclosures in Certent Disclosure Management (CDM)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, reconciliation)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and financial reporting concepts
  • Ability to work directly with Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Reporting
  • Exposure to other reporting or disclosure tools (e.g., Workiva, Hyperion, OneStream, Power BI, OBI)
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation or analysis
  • Experience supporting regulatory or management reporting
  • Familiarity with internal controls and financial close processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting SEC, statutory, or management disclosures
  • Prior involvement in system implementations or reporting tool enhancements
  • Comfort working in fastpaced, deadlinedriven environments
