This role, Accounting Manager / Client Controller, is responsible for key contributions to Mighty Financial's mission and service delivery.

  • [Essential] Vendor bill processing and payment scheduling
  • [Essential] Balance Sheet account reconciliations

Compensation & Reviews

Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance. Part-time or full-time.

  • Hourly: $25-$40
  • Salary: $50,000 - $80,000

Benefits are extended to full-time team members and include 401k with 4% match as well as unlimited PTO. We do not currently offer any medical benefits but hope to do so as the company grows.

Continuous feedback provided via weekly 1:1 meetings with your manager. Formal performance reviews conducted annually.
