What is remote contract manufacturing?

Remote contract manufacturing is a business arrangement where a company outsources the production of its goods to a third-party manufacturer, often located in a different region or country. The process is managed remotely, with communication and coordination handled through digital tools and platforms. This approach allows companies to leverage specialized manufacturing capabilities, reduce costs, and focus on their core competencies without managing a physical production facility. It is commonly used in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.
