Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day-to-day pharmaceutical wholesaler supply relations team with a focus on being the lead for CVS' medical supply wholesaler contracts
  • Weekly service level reporting on specialty, mail and generic preferred and non-preferred sourcing.
  • Collaborate closely with key contacts at wholesalers as well as internal various internal stakeholders in finance, operations, legal, and trade.
  • Identifying, partnering, and driving wholesaler performance opportunities, contractual purchasing, and service level compliance.
  • Perform audits to ensure contractual compliance that includes but is not limit GPO maintenance, purchase discounts, and rebates.
  • Maintaining a knowledge of the pharmaceutical wholesaler landscape that includes ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and ensuring consistency in delivered services across wholesalers
  • Develop cost models as well as perform operational & financial impact analysis in reaction to market dynamics & contractual changes
  • Preparing, revising, and making recommendations within the RFP and contractual language

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a self-starter with a high level of confidence and demonstrate ability to perform in a fast-pace healthcare business environment
  • Be well versed in Microsoft Excel with a working knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Possess good analytical knowledge base and financial acumen with shown ability to summarize data into key facts and insights
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to successfully balance business priorities and maintain a sense of urgency.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
