Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Manager based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize paid media strategies within a fast-growing digital environment. You will manage multi-market advertising initiatives, transforming customer journeys into effective campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Working closely with marketing, content, data, and technical teams, you will bridge strategy and execution to maximize campaign performance. The position combines hands-on campaign management, analytics, creative collaboration, and marketing technology expertise. You will contribute to building scalable paid media processes while improving customer acquisition and engagement across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional who enjoys working with data, technology, and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience strategies.
  • Translate customer journeys into media strategies, campaign structures, KPIs, and actionable implementation plans.
  • Define campaign scopes, implementation phases, and sprint-based activities in collaboration with agile teams.
  • Work closely with Campaign Architects, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, regional teams, and other stakeholders to design effective paid media flows.
  • Build and improve advertising campaigns across platforms while identifying opportunities to optimize targeting, audience segmentation, creative performance, and channel effectiveness.
  • Manage technical campaign requirements, including pixels, tags, product feeds, tracking setups, UTMs, and website integrations.
  • Collaborate with data and performance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze results, and ensure accurate campaign reporting.
  • Support creative development by providing feedback on ad messaging, content direction, and campaign assets.
  • Create detailed content briefs for agencies and creative teams, including requirements for images, videos, and social media assets.
  • Coordinate campaign launches across different markets, ensuring content, localization, translations, and technical elements are properly prepared.
  • Define and improve lead generation processes, user flows, and conversion paths from advertisements to websites, forms, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, requirements, workflows, and updates using collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably across multiple markets and digital channels.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, creative teams, and content studios to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategy, customer journey mapping, campaign optimization, and KPI definition.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns and managing processes from acquisition through conversion.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, audience attributes, and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of technical advertising setups, including pixels, tags, product feeds, tracking codes, and attribution methods.
  • Experience working with campaign management platforms such as Marketing Cloud or Advertising Studio is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with data teams to analyze performance metrics and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level) with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
