About the Role

As Field CTO – Localization, you will be the strategic and technical linchpin in shaping and executing AI-driven localization solutions for some of the world's most recognized global brands. You'll work side-by-side with client-facing teams and production leaders to design, present, and evolve intelligent globalization strategies that blend cutting-edge language AI with practical delivery excellence. If you're passionate about localization technology and want to shape the future of how global content is created and delivered, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do
  • Shape Globalization Solutions: Collaborate with production, engineering, and client teams to design AI-driven localization and translation solutions tailored to enterprise needs, leveraging their successful AI Platform for Localization.
  • Partner with Clients: Support sales and client success teams by participating in discovery sessions, solution architecture, and proposal development.

  • Travel with Purpose: Represent the company at client locations, industry events, and international team meetings as a senior technology advocate.
Requirements

What You Bring

  • A passion for staying ahead of the curve in AI, NLP, and language data technologies
  • A global mindset and willingness to travel internationally

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based commission aligned with your experience and impact.
  • Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere while collaborating with world-leading tech innovators.
  • Dynamic Team Environment: Work in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation and results.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development support (where applicable).
