Job description
Seeking a Designer to develop visually appealing and impactful infographics and data visualizations for educational and informative marketing content. Designer will primarily partner with SEO and Creative teams to convey complex information in clear and compelling infographics, charts, stories, and narratives inline with the BILL brand design guidelines, and build/maintain a library of infographics for multiple use-cases such eBooks, webinars, blog posts, and more. Additionally, Designer may provide occasional design development for related marketing campaigns, promoting informative content via templated digital ads and social media. The ideal candidate has a deep portfolio of experience designing clear and appealing infographics which are also effective at communicating an idea and driving business results. They are an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver with a high attention to detail and commitment to design craft.
Key responsibilities include:
• Distill complex information into visually clear and concise graphics for multiple audiences and platforms
• Interpret strategic briefs, evaluate creative approaches inline with business needs, propose design concepts and approaches, iterate design execution inline with stakeholder feedback, finalize and deliver creative assets
• Understand and follow design brand guidelines, and continually evolve design bar approach in a manner that is consistent with the brand
• Be proficient in graphic design software and tools, including Figma
• Efficiently manage personal time in order to deliver work that is error free and on deadline
