Our client is looking for a Service Designer to join their team for 3+ months, 40 hours per week, starting in January/February. This will be remote, and 9-5 est. You must be based in Canada.

You must have ACTIVE reliability clearance (this comes when you've worked with Government clients).

What you will be doing:
  • Building out blueprints, creating concepts and documentation for a large government client.
  • Creating user journeys that are used across marketing automation, web, CRM etc.
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and user research, defining user personas etc.
  • Using surveys, interviews, storyboards, and scenarios to collect data about user experiences.
  • Working with Product Designers, Content Designers etc.
Skills needed:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Service Designer or a UX Researcher role.
  • Case studies or portfolios to showcase.
