Job description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to join a growing luxury custom residential construction team in the Santa Rosa area.

This role is ideal for someone with strong high-end residential construction experience who can manage custom home projects from preconstruction through closeout. Projects typically range from approximately $5M to $25M and may last 16 to 30 months, allowing true ownership from start to finish.

The right candidate will be comfortable working closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, field teams, and company leadership while maintaining strong communication, organization, quality control, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Manage luxury custom residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, materials, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
  • Coordinate with ownership, field teams, architects, designers, consultants, and clients to keep projects moving forward
  • Review plans, specifications, revisions, and project requirements for accuracy, constructability, and scope alignment
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders throughout each phase of construction
  • Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and support timely decision-making
  • Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Support field teams with timely information, coordination, and problem-solving throughout construction
