We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced CRM and Revenue Operations (RevOps/SalesOps) professional to lead CRM and RevOps for our Real Estate business.
This role will report to Director of National Sales Operations and will use CRM capabilities, data, and performance insights to improve sales effectiveness, inform growth strategies, and strengthen decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and business owner for the Real Estate CRM and lead the Revenue Operations function, including ongoing optimization and future enhancements.
  • Leverage CRM data to segment brokerages, offices, teams, and agents, improving prospecting, account management, campaign targeting, and lead management.
  • Develop and manage CRM campaigns that support field sales engagement with real estate agents, brokerages, and industry partners.
  • Monitor sales and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights, monthly reporting, and recommendations for sales leadership.
  • Partner with sales leaders and representatives to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and strategies to improve sales effectiveness and growth.
  • Support annual strategy, territory, and budget planning, including performance targets, market expansion opportunities, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and evaluate go-to-market programs, promotions, sponsorships, and sales compensation initiatives to assess performance and return on investment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to drive agent and homeowner acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Translate business needs into CRM capabilities and requirements, supporting development and implementation through Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment and change management to drive successful adoption of new programs, processes, and capabilities.

What You'll Bring
  • 9+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Program Management, or related functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting outside, field, channel, or B2B sales organizations, with knowledge of sales performance, territory planning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong CRM expertise with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms; CRM certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, launch programs, and drive measurable results.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Self-directed and execution-oriented, with experience leading initiatives through change and implementation.
  • Experience in real estate, home warranty, insurance, mortgage, title, escrow, home services, B2B2C, or related industries preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Pay Range: $112,400.00 - $149,800.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
