Remote Construction Controllers use cloud-based accounting software and project management tools to monitor budgets, track expenses, and process invoices in real time. They collaborate closely with on-site project managers, subcontractors, and finance teams through regular virtual meetings and shared digital documentation. Common challenges include ensuring accurate data collection from field teams and maintaining clear communication despite not being physically present, but strong organizational skills and proactive follow-up help overcome these hurdles.
