- Supervise and support the accounting team, including mentoring and training staff.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

- Support contract and grant administration, including monitoring expenditures and revenue recognition.

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Full-cycle accounting experience, including preparation of financial statements.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience leading or supervising accounting teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
