The Role

The Marketing Coordinator helps keep the marketing organization moving. This hands-on role supports execution across content, communications, revenue marketing, partner marketing, and other marketing initiatives by coordinating projects, maintaining calendars and workflows, publishing content, supporting campaigns, and keeping deadlines and deliverables on track.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate projects across content, communications, revenue marketing, partner marketing, and other initiatives.
  • Track deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables, proactively identifying anything that could slow execution.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders, SMEs, freelancers, agencies, designers, and other contributors.
  • Use approved AI tools to support marketing execution, including research, content production, project coordination, reporting, and workflow efficiency 

Content & Website Support

  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate production timelines, contributor inputs, reviews, and approvals.
  • Publish and update website content, including blogs, landing pages, resources, press coverage, and other web pages.
  • Manage content launch requirements, including graphics, links, forms, metadata, tagging, and final review.
  • Implement SEO/AEO recommendations and maintain existing website and content assets as needed.

Social Media & Communications

  • Execute organic social programs across Measured company channels
  • Maintain the social calendar and schedule approved content around campaigns, launches, announcements, and events.
  • Coordinate graphics, video, and other social formats with design resources.
  • Support social amplification by executives, SMEs, employees, and leadership.
  • Monitor LinkedIn and relevant media outlets for Measured, customer, partner, competitor, and industry activity.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain recurring marketing reports, dashboards, trackers, and campaign documentation.
  • Gather and update performance data across content, social, web, PR, and other marketing activities.
  • Help identify notable changes, ensure reporting accuracy, and document what has launched, what is performing, and what requires follow-up.
Experience & Skills
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, media, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing projects, campaigns, or workflows.
  • Experience managing and publishing website content through a CMS; WordPress experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, organic social publishing, SEO, and digital content best practices.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work, with the judgment to write effective prompts, evaluate outputs, and refine results for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. 
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deadlines and follow-up.
  • Comfortable balancing shifting priorities and working across multiple teams.
  • Resourceful, collaborative, and able to operate independently day to day.
