Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Investor Relations to lead outbound sourcing of Limited Partners (LPs) in a fast-paced startup environment. You will lead marketing, growth hacking and community building efforts targeted at attracting Limited Partners (LPs) to the Decile Group community .   • Focus on Sourcing: Developing and executing growth hacking strategies across various media channels to attract and engage high-quality LPs, building community participation and encouraging investments in top Decile Group funds.
  • Own Conversion: Converting marketing leads into committed community members and investors through targeted campaigns, growth tactics, and relationship building.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Managing ongoing community relationships to foster growth, satisfaction, and sustained LP involvement via media and community channels.
  • System Builder: Optimizing systems for efficient LP conversion, tracking, and engagement processes using growth techniques on media platforms.
  • Ethical Principles: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive investor information with discretion.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership to shape product roadmap and market positioning.
  • Exceed Ambitious Targets: Consistently surpass sales quotas and KPIs, driving revenue growth in a high-opportunity market with strong demand.
