In this fully remote role, you will operate within a community health clinic framework, connecting with clients via telehealth platforms and remote counseling sessions. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, enhancing therapeutic effectiveness.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records while ensuring adherence to industry ethical guidelines and legal standards.

The LPC will work with a diverse client base, predominantly consisting of individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience is essential, ideally within a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal standards pertaining to counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and effective relationships with clients across diverse backgrounds.

• Comfort and proficiency using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, alongside standard software for telehealth scheduling and documentation.
