Your impact:

  • Serve as Project Manager for transportation projects development services, from pursuit through final delivery
  • Lead multidisciplinary design teams
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality in accordance with Lochner’s project management procedures
  • Act as the primary point of contact with project client and subconsultants
  • Support pursuits, including technical approach development, staffing plans, schedules.
  • Mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Support client development and fostering relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Promote Lochner’s culture of safety, quality, and integrity on all projects

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of transportation project development experience
  • Experience in LaPorte and/or Crawfordsville District highly preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience on highway and or bridge design projects
  • Strong working knowledge of INDOT policies and procedures
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel within Indiana as project and business development needs require
