The Job at a Glance

As an Enterprise Project Manager – HVAC, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that support strategic business priorities while helping keep the town cool. Partnering across operations, IT, supply chain, eCommerce, customer support, and commercial teams, you will drive projects that improve scalability, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

A Typical Day

  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate teams across operations, supply chain, technology, customer support, and commercial functions.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive alignment, accountability, and decision-making across multiple departments.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
  • Facilitate executive updates, governance meetings, and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Support business transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement efforts.

We often describe our work as a blend of air traffic control and firefighting—coordinating multiple moving parts while staying calm and focused when priorities shift.
 

At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. The salary range for this role is $109,027.56 -$147,136.72 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
