  • Develop articles, summaries, guides, graphics and other supporting content that are clear, actionable, and relevant for teens and parents.

  • Optimize content placement, sequencing, formatting, and calls to action to encourage log-in, opt-in, repeat use, and deeper exploration within BigFuture product experiences.

  • Monitor product performance against business goals including log-ins and repeat visits and apply insights and recommend iterative content updates.

  • Deliver content on tight timelines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and editorial guidelines

  • Continuously maintain and update content to improve accuracy, relevance, usability and user value based on product engagement data and qualitative feedback.

Execute Content Workflows Aligned to Product Priorities
  • Translate editorial direction and defined product priorities into outlines, page structures, briefs, and simple planning documents focused on execution.

  • Manage the day-to-day content implementation backlog and timelines in partnership with the Senior Director and Community team members.

  • Balance new content implementation with ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing pages to steadily improve product performance.

  • Implement workflows that enable predictable delivery, rapid iteration, and consistent output across product experiences.

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to ensure content is delivered in sync with product timelines and feature updates.

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, product engagement signals, and qualitative feedback to improve execution quality, speed, and reliability over time.

Support Video Integration Within BigFuture Product Experiences
  • Integrate approved video assets into product pages so written and video content work together to support user journeys and product actions.

  • Adapt placement, sequencing and presentation of video assets to improve clarity, usability and performance within product experiences.

  • Create supporting written content such as summaries, captions, or introductions to ensure videos are effective in the product context.

  • Support video creation by assisting with planning materials such as outlines, storyboards, and run-of-show documents.

  • Collect and surface qualitative user feedback and product engagement data related to video to inform ongoing improvements.

About You
Exceptional candidates can effectively speak to:
  • 5+ years of experience producing and optimizing digital, written content with an execution focus.

  • Experience implementing and optimizing content directly within product experiences to engagement.

  • Strong writing and editing skills to structure content for clarity, relevance, usability, and performance.

  • Comfort applying standardized formatting and structures to ensure content is clear, accessible and consistent.

  • Experience monitoring product engagement metrics and collecting user input to improve content over time.

  • Clear understanding of and empathy for teens and families and what college and career information they need.

  • Experience supporting production using content management systems such as Drupal or similar platforms.

  • Ability to create simple, brand-aligned graphics in tools like Canva to visually support articles and web pages

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments with frequent publishing cycles.

  • A learner's mindset and a commitment to growth: welcoming diverse perspectives, giving and receiving timely, respectful feedback, and continuously improving through iterative learning and user input.

  • A drive for impact and excellence: solving complex problems, making data-informed decisions, prioritizing what matters most, and continuously improving through learning, user input, and external benchmarking.

  • A collaborative and empathetic approach: working across differences, fostering trust, and contributing to a culture of shared success
