Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage healthcare RCM operations with focus on:
    • Payer collections
    • Patient collections
    • Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up
    • Denials management
    • Payment posting support
    • Aging reduction initiatives

  • Drive operational KPIs including:
    • Collection effectiveness
    • AR days reduction
    • Cash acceleration
    • Denial resolution turnaround
    • Productivity and quality metrics

People Management :
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers, team leads, and collections staff across multiple processes or business units.
  • Manage workforce planning, hiring, training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle escalation management and support teams in resolving complex operational challenges.

Client Management & Relationship Management :
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular governance meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth opportunities.
  • Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution with strong stakeholder communication.

Collections & Healthcare Expertise :
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of:
    • Commercial and government payers
    • Medicare / Medicaid
    • Insurance claims lifecycle
    • Appeals and denials
    • Patient billing and collections
    • Revenue recovery strategies

  • Analyze collection trends and recommend corrective actions to maximize reimbursements.
  • Support transition and stabilization of new healthcare accounts/processes.

66,500 to 83,500 USD
