Overview:ย
As aย Regionalย Account Managerย forย Omada byย TP-Link, you willย be responsible forย sales activities,ย managementย and growth ofย Omadaย partners. You will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-termย accountย goals in line with company vision and values. Responsible for holding andย maintainingย relationships at executive levels within assignedย channel partners.ย

- Responsibleย toย fullyย manageย andย growย assigned customer accounts.ย
- Prospect and develop new potential customers (Resellers) via trade shows and phone by qualifying and tracking leads,ย researchingย andย identifyingย key contacts, traveling and placing calls toย establishย business relationships, qualifying newย accountsย and strategically suggesting products.ย
- Maintain a pipeline of new business, pushing opportunities through each stage of a documented, standard sales process.ย
- Manageย scheduleย to focus on customer support, projectย managementย and revenue-generating activities with an expectation of frequent travel.ย
- Attendย customerย and salesย representativeย facing trade shows, and strategic meetings with management and executives. Instruct and train representatives and customers on new Omadaย products and program updates while improving relationships with major resellers.ย
- Develop anย understandingย the customer's business,ย identifyingย their needs and proposingย appropriate productย mix and marketing programs.ย
- Participate in marketing program planning, development,ย executionย and measurement to ensure that programs succeed according to plan.ย
- Planning,ย preparingย and conducting necessary training to educate sales representatives and customers on all new TP-LINK products and programs.ย
- Maintain customer satisfaction and elevate issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution.ย
- Negotiate terms,ย establishย profitabilityย metricsย andย establishย logisticย relationships, which meets the needs ofย Omada channel partners.ย
- Coordinate withย the salesย team and prepare strategic account development plans for each customer.ย
- Work with other departments, including accounting,ย marketing,ย andย logisticsย to complete tasks and reach personal and team goals.ย
- Be a strategic problem solver with the ability toย identifyย ROI within strategic solutions to win market share.ย
- Review weekly and monthly sales throughย forecastsย and financials.ย
This is a remote role with frequent travel. Ideal candidates will be located in Philadelphia, PA, Greenville, SC or Tampa, FL
Requirements
- 7+ย years of experienceย as a B2B Account Executiveย in a related field.ย ย
- Aย Bachelor'sย Degreeย isย required.ย ย
- Technical knowledge and experience in the CE industry.ย ย
- An understanding ofย two-tiered channelย businessย models.ย
- Strong verbal and writtenย communicationsย skillsย includingย presentation skills.ย
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.ย ย
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.ย
- Experience using contact management software.ย
- Accurately forecasting business, analyzing product category salesย trendsย and implementing product growth strategies.ย
- Track recordย of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.ย
Benefits
Compensation:ย $100,000 - $170,000ย ย
(Baseย Salaryย depends on location and experience.ย This role includes a base salary and a resultsdriven, competitive commission plan. Total ontarget earnings (OTE) are structured as 60% base pay with 40% variable compensation, withย additionalย upside for overperformance)ย
