The Summers Agency is expanding, and weโ€™re looking for motivated individuals who want a flexible, remote sales career with real earning potential. This is a commission-based role where youโ€™ll help families protect what matters most โ€” while building a business of your own.

No experience? No problem. We provide training, mentorship, and the systems you need to succeed.


Day To Day
  • Speak with clients who have already requested information โ€” no cold calling

  • Understand each clientโ€™s needs and recommend appropriate life and health coverage

  • Conduct phone and video appointments from your home

  • Guide applicants through the process and follow up to ensure policies are placed


Who We Are Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset

  • Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working remotely with stable internet and a quiet workspace

  • Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor

  • Willing to obtain a state insurance license (training and guidance provided)


Compensation & Rewards
