Fello Logistics is a fast growing brokerage that specializes in (though not limited to) open-deck, flatbed, heavy-haul, and hard-to-run freight. We're hiring a proven sales rep, and we're paying top of market for the right one.

Compensation:
Compensation: uncapped, heavily incentive-based. OTE is $120K+ in year 1, $150K-$200K+ in year 2, and $250K+ in year 3 and beyond as your book compounds.

What the job is
Build and own your pipeline: prospecting through cold calls, warm calls, email, and LinkedIn
Run discovery and sales conversations with owners, plant managers, and logistics leaders
Quote consultatively; we'll train you on our niche and our market
Run quarterly reviews with your accounts and grow share of wallet
Work with our carrier and ops teams to onboard accounts cleanly
Keep the CRM current

You keep the book you build, and operations runs your freight so you can stay in front of customers.

You've closed and grown accounts at a brokerage, and you can tell us specifically how
You solve problems yourself before escalating, but you're not a lone wolf; this team wins together
You're coachable. We invest heavily in people who want to get better
You do whatever it takes to keep a promise to a customer
