The Neuroscience Psychiatric Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote outpatient team. This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining close communication with our outpatient office team. Within our supportive and collaborative environment, you will have access to a variety of resources and professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists. Frequent virtual team meetings and peer supervision ensure that you receive ongoing support and feedback.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to identify client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, fostering their path to recovery.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, employing proven methodologies to enhance client engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver holistic care that addresses all facets of client well-being.
• Provide education and support to family members, equipping them with strategies to assist loved ones through their healing journeys.
• Maintain confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and treatment plans.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and addiction. Your role is crucial in providing compassionate and effective support to help clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• Possession of a current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a safe and trusting relationship with clients and their families.
• A deep sense of empathy and understanding, approaching all client interactions with a nonjudgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to navigate a busy workload.

• Experience in providing therapy for individuals dealing with family dynamics, marriage issues, and other relational conflicts.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary teamwork in a clinical setting is highly desirable.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
