KnG Health Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing critical therapy services to clients in an outpatient setting. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your time and work from the comfort of your home while being deeply integrated into a supportive professional community. You will collaborate with fellow therapists and case managers through regular virtual meetings and case consultations, ensuring you remain connected even while working remotely.

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families, focusing on their strengths and specific needs.
• Provide individualized therapy and support to patients in both one-on-one and family settings, tailoring interventions to foster emotional and psychological well-being.
• Manage all administrative tasks including but not limited to billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in a timely manner.
• Collaborate in creating crisis management plans, safety measures, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to promote stable functioning for patients.
• Develop thorough discharge plans to ensure continuity of care and community resource connections.
• Stay informed and compliant with all current federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and education to maintain and enhance your professional competence.
• Participate in case discussions, agency meetings, and team strategy sessions to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to maintain certification and service quality.

You will provide support and therapy to a diverse array of clients, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our emphasis on culturally sensitive approaches ensures we effectively address the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient, fostering an inclusive environment where every client feels understood and supported.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field that qualifies for licensure.
• Active Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Arizona is required.

While a Master’s degree and licensure are essential, experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are preferred. Additionally, experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development will be highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and licensure. Our benefits package includes:
