As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health challenges and develop effective treatment plans.
• Providing individual therapy sessions through tailored interventions that promote personal growth and recovery.
• Collaboratively establishing therapeutic goals with clients and actively tracking their progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Offering teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may prefer or require remote support.
• Documenting client interactions and treatment processes meticulously to maintain ethical standards and provide quality care.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed about emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Your work will primarily involve collaborating with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives, supporting them through therapy that addresses their unique circumstances and facilitates healing and improvement in their overall quality of life.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, allowing for effective case management and administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates who have previous experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly those who have worked with clients suffering from addiction or those who have undergone trauma. Experience with teletherapy platforms and a proven track record of successful client outcomes will also be advantageous.
