About the Role:
As a BCBA at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, you will:
โข Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
โข Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
โข Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
โข Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
โข Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
โข Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
โข Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
โข Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
โข Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director

Qualifications:
โข Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
โข Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
โข Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure
โข Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs using a data collection platform (Ensora preferred)
