Young Mind Support, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in providing essential telehealth services. This full-time position allows you to work remotely from Wilsonville, Oregon, focusing on delivering high-quality mental health care to individuals and families. Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, enabling flexibility for both the therapist and the clients. You will employ secure telecommunication methods to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment tool to formulate accurate diagnoses following DSM V standards.
• Provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to diverse populations, including individuals, families, and groups, adapting your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Respond to crises with urgency, assessing client needs and coordinating immediate interventions to ensure proper care is delivered.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that reflect current clinical best practices, focusing on measurable outcomes and client goals.
• Utilize tools such as electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively, ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care.
• Provide training and support to team members and community partners, promoting mental health literacy and fostering collaboration.
• Engage in clinical consultation, offering supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, guiding their professional development and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive, cross-system treatment plans that address complex client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with mothers and families, as Young Mind Support is dedicated to helping those who juggle multiple responsibilities while navigating mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a related field.
• A current independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively, providing care that is both comprehensive and tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records for effective documentation and communication.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing training and education to peers or community organizations related to mental health topics.
• Exposure to evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies.
• Previous work with underserved populations or within community health settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering yearly compensation between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
