• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to understand clients’ needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to support clients in managing their symptoms and achieving personal goals.
• Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in regular collaboration with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health counseling through ongoing professional development.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational objectives.

This role specifically targets clients who may be experiencing psychological challenges due to mild traumatic brain injuries, alongside other mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Your expertise will guide clients through evidence-based CBT methods, facilitating their recovery journey and enhancing their overall well-being. You will be an essential part of their healing process, helping them discover coping strategies and improving their day-to-day functioning.

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience with demonstrable proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating clients with mild traumatic brain injuries.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.

• Experience specifically treating clients with brain injuries, understanding the psychological and emotional ramifications involved.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and virtual counseling best practices.
• Continued education or certification in specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus.

The salary range for this role is highly competitive, from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
