Theย Digital CBTย Coachย is exceptional atย supportingย Learn to Liveโsย members byย providingย encouragement, support, clarification ofย high-fidelityย Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)ย techniques, motivation, assistance with habit change, and verbal reinforcementย as they advance through our programs.ย
You areย skilledย atย creating aย workingย alliance, managing documentation of contacts, and identifying creative ways to help membersย move past roadblocks to progress in their programs and reach their goals. You understand that Learn to Liveย meets the needs of a large volume of members,ย and you strive to provide these services with a strong sense of personal caring, while still seeking opportunities for increased efficiency. You participate with our Chiefย Clinicalย Officerย and Director ofย Digital CBT Coachingย to continue to refineย yourย understanding and skills in CBT content and coaching services.ย You collaborate with the coaching team to create a schedule that meets the needs of our membersย which would include hours outside of Monday โ Friday, 8 AM โ 5 PM CST.ย

Essential Job Functionsย ย
- Contribute to all aspects of member coaching: coaching invitations, intake of new members using a standardized process, determination of coaching modality, scheduling of coaching sessions, delivery of coaching services via phone, SMS, or email,ย supportive coaching on CBT techniques and strategies,ย and follow-up to motivate members and encourage them to stay engaged.ย ย ย ย
- Ongoing,ย unobtrusiveย assessment ofย memberย safety and management of safety issues (including escalation to other coaching staff or Chiefย Clinicalย Officerย as needed).ย
- Detailed documentation of all interactions with members.ย
- Utilize CBT and motivational interviewing techniques to help members fully benefit from Learn to Liveโs programs.ย
- Collaborateย with other members ofย theย clinical team to support efforts to refineย theย coachingย process and clinical program content.ย
- Support other team needs that arise, including data analysis, research,ย testimonial processes,ย webinars, crisis protocol, team trainings,ย etc.ย
- Regular, reliable attendance, whether in the office or remotely.ย
- Other duties as assigned.ย
Key Role Requirementsย
- Masterโs Degreeย or higherย fromย aย graduate program in psychology, social work,ย marriage and family therapy, or counseling.ย ย ย
- Active clinical licensure in residing state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Completion of clinical practicum or internship.ย
- Ability to create aย meaningfulย workingย allianceย with members.ย
- Ability to communicate clearly via verbal,ย SMS, and email channels.ย
- Understandingย the basicย and advancedย principles of CBT, withย consistentย and activeย promotion ofย high-fidelity CBT.ย ย
- Comfortable being recorded and appearing on camera for the creation of video and audio content used to teach CBT tools and exercises.
- Ability toย createย aย schedule that meets organization and member needs.ย
- Flexible, team-player attitude, willing toย participate in non-coaching activities at timesย for the common good of the L2L team and our members.ย
- Self-driven, motivated,ย andย result oriented.ย ย
- Ability to work quickly and assertively in an occasionally unstructured and dynamic environment.ย
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel,ย andย PowerPoint.ย
- Ability to pass aย background check.ย

Compensationย
This position is critical to the success of L2L. The compensation package will be tailored to the candidate, commensurate with the candidateโs experience and skills. Compensation will include base salary and performance-based incentives.ย
