Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand and gauge clients' mental health needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with individual goals and therapeutic needs of each client.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and solution-focused approaches.
• Deliver effective teletherapy sessions that ensure continuity of care and accessibility for clients.
• Offer timely crisis intervention as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and active license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as psychology, social work, or mental health counseling; advanced degrees (e.g., Master's or Doctoral) are preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate genuine connections with clients.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, enabling effective management of a full caseload.

Preferred Experience

While a foundational qualification is the bare minimum, candidates with experience in providing teletherapy, working with a diverse clientele, or specialized therapeutic modalities will stand out. Proficiency in specific approaches, such as trauma-informed care or play therapy, can also be advantageous.

• Salary: Competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on clinical caseload.
