Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, using evidence-based methodologies to gather essential information.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique objectives and therapeutic goals, adjusting strategies as needed based on progress.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, employing various evidence-backed techniques to foster positive outcomes and client engagement.

Qualifications

• A valid and active mental health licensure, including LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with preference given to those possessing a Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with a wide range of clients.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management to manage client caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a teletherapy setting is advantageous, with familiarity in using telehealth platforms to facilitate client sessions.

• Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues in a clinical setting.
