As a Lead Product Manager in Data Products and Platforms, you will own the "what" and "why" behind our data products and platform capabilities. You're the voice of the customer-whether that's an internal analyst, a business stakeholder, or another engineering team-and you translate their needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.

You will be responsible for prioritizing intake and ensuring data roadmaps accelerate business value realization and align with the overall team vision, strategy, and OKRs.

What You'll Do:

  • You will be accountable for: creating a high-performing team and meeting key intake and product requirement SLAs.

  • Own the platform-wide intake and prioritization process across all teams.

  • Manage the DPP product portfolio-balancing investment across foundational, domain, and strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing of platform investments.

  • Own stakeholder communication at the portfolio level-roadmaps, status, trade-offs.

  • Drive standards and best practices for product management across DPP.

  • Partner with leadership to align product investments with organizational strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience

  • Experience with scaled agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus), product portfolio management, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Experience writing product requirements documents (PRDs).

  • Experience in product management, data platforms, and strategy development.

  • Strong communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to influence and achieve actionable results through others, including senior business and technology stakeholders.

  • Experience working with technical and business users.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make difficult trade-off decisions.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive clarity in complex environments.

  • Understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms and architectures (e.g., ingestion patterns, medallion architecture).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience working with remote repos like GitHub and GitLab.

  • Experience working with AI Tools, such as Claude.

  • Experience working with Snowflake.

  • Experience applying product management principles to data products.

  • Experience planning and delivering large-scale data or platform initiatives.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $148,300.00 - $198,800.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
