Setting: Inpatient Remote
Schedule: Available weekdays (M-F); willing to work weekends based on business needs.
Requirement: Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; Valid Tennessee state licensure required, Previous experience with Epic and remote work environments preferred. 
Position Details: Seeking a Remote Clinical Dietitian to support Baptist Health Systems. The Clinical Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition assessments, care planning, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close coordination with the healthcare team. 
Hourly Pay: $35/hour-$40/hour

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You'll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

   Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
   Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
   Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
   Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For:
   Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
