This position is entirely remote, allowing you to consult and provide therapy from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chat, guiding clients towards improved mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions and experiences, helping clients gain insight into their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.
• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in defining their personal goals and identifying routes to achieve them.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize our intuitive counselor portal to manage client schedules, track progress, and document treatment plans efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and manage case files in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Your practice at Gotham Enterprises Ltd will involve working with a diverse range of adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of practice, without any supervisory requirements.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, ensuring effective treatment planning and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to client engagement.
• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms, to deliver therapy sessions effectively.

• Previous experience managing an independent caseload effectively in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop treatment strategies and interventions that meet diverse client needs.
• Experience in using solution-based therapy techniques is valued.
