This position offers a remote work setting primarily focused on telehealth services, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while achieving work-life balance. Our virtual platform provides you with the tools to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that you can appropriately engage with clients and deliver exceptional care without geographical constraints. • Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies addressing the specific needs of clients, conducting thorough assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Provide counseling services utilizing evidence-supported therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.
• Engage in group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions among participants to foster interpersonal connections and collective healing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, referring clients to additional services or specialists as necessary.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in ongoing professional development training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in mental health.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LCPC license issued in the state of Illinois.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and engage effectively with their care.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling best practices, enhancing the effectiveness of remote therapeutic interactions.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with an enticing bonus structure that rewards your contributions and dedication to excellence in therapy. We also provide a sign-on bonus for new employees joining our team.
