This position is predominantly remote, offering flexibility in your working environment while also allowing for close collaboration with a supportive clinical team. We provide full administrative support to our therapists, enabling them to focus solely on client care without the burdens of administrative overhead.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in our clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families facing a variety of issues.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner to address personal concerns.
• Providing therapy on key issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and adjustment to major life changes including divorce and blended family dynamics.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions and strategies grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring a high standard of clinical care.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide integrated care and manage complex cases effectively.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to inform best practices and service delivery.

Your work will involve engaging with diverse populations, including couples experiencing communication difficulties and families navigating complex relational challenges. With a focus on holistic care, you will address issues related to adjustment difficulties, stress management, and family dynamics, serving both adult and child/adolescent clients. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active marriage and family therapy license (LMFT) recognized in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred applicants will have:
