Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in our clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families facing a variety of issues.
  • Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner to address personal concerns.
  • Providing therapy on key issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and adjustment to major life changes including divorce and blended family dynamics.
