Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that each assessment is tailored to the individual's specific context and needs.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address patients' unique concerns and goals.
  • Develop, document, and maintain treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring all paperwork is completed within specified time frames to facilitate seamless care delivery.
  • Create crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support patients in maintaining stable functionality and overall mental health.
  • Develop discharge plans in collaboration with patients, facilitating their transition out of therapy while ensuring appropriate follow-up care is in place.
  • Stay abreast of current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to maintain compliance in all aspects of care delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education to enhance your skills and remain competent in delivering high-quality mental health services.

  • Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements as outlined by state regulations.
