Our mission is to empower individuals to conquer their struggles, fostering resilience and personal growth. We strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where mental health professionals can thrive and make a significant difference in our community.

  • Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s specific challenges and goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and the treatment team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to navigate complex patient situations effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working with a wide range of mental health issues in outpatient environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an openness to integrating new techniques into practice.
  • Experience in a collaborative clinical setting, contributing to case reviews and team discussions.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans designed to support your well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance offering protection for you and your loved ones.
  • Professional liability insurance to ensure peace of mind as you deliver care.
  • Access to an employee assistance program, providing support for both emotional and mental challenges.
  • Unlimited patient referrals to enable a manageable caseload while maximizing your clinical impact.
  • Minimal administrative burdens allowing you to concentrate on client care rather than paperwork.
