This position offers a flexible remote work setting, enabling counselors to provide care from home while accessing our robust outpatient office resources as needed. The position is full-time, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9 AM to 4 PM, allowing for some flexibility to meet patient needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, allowing for the creation of tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are both practical and effective.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory mandates, to safeguard patient information and uphold our commitment to ethical standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists during case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate the overall quality of care.
• Engage clients and their families in educational sessions to equip them with information on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources.
• Stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic techniques in the mental health field to continually refine your clinical skills.

Our primary focus is on serving a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing acute and chronic mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and more. As a therapist, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, offering compassionate support and evidence-based interventions tailored to their distinctive circumstances.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s specific challenges and goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and the treatment team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to navigate complex patient situations effectively.

• Previous experience working with a wide range of mental health issues in outpatient environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an openness to integrating new techniques into practice.
• Experience in a collaborative clinical setting, contributing to case reviews and team discussions.
