We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect (Financial Services Cloud) with a proven history of designing and delivering complex, client-facing projects, particularly in the financial services industry. This role involves leading solution design, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce implementations. Key responsibilities include facilitating discovery workshops, gathering requirements, crafting solution designs, developing proof-of-concepts, conducting quality reviews, and providing release planning and DevOps governance. The architect will also mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment on technical specifications for successful project outcomes.
What You Will Do:
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer needs, identify user personas, and gather detailed requirements and user stories
  • Assess our clients' current architecture and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop solution designs and communicate them to stakeholders, highlighting their value to secure approval
  • Ensure user stories are well-defined and conduct quality reviews to maintain high standards.
  • Create proofs of concept (POCs) and demos to showcase design ideas to clients, incorporating best practice recommendations
  • Gather client feedback and refine designs to align with their needs
  • Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceeded
  • Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing
  • Assess the project's technical complexity and ensure the appropriate resources are allocated to meet its requirements
  • Participate in design and code reviews
  • Analyze and mitigates bugs and issues
  • Provide release planning, DevOps governance and deployment plans
  • Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing
  • Write technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the technical team members
  • Document build plans and delegate work to team members

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Over 5 years of consulting experience with expertise in enterprise applications for financial services
  • 3+ years developing custom Salesforce applications with advanced skills in Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow, and other Salesforce tools
  • Proven ability to lead client requirements gathering and solution design sessions
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Skilled in integrating third-party solutions or implementing nCino applications
  • Proficient in deploying web and enterprise systems using REST, APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and release processes
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
