• Conduct comprehensive assessments through client interviews and clinical evaluations to establish effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy tailored to client needs, focusing on crisis intervention and short-term solutions for a range of mental health issues.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that engage participants in discussing personal development topics and mental health education.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations, to optimize patient outcomes and ensure holistic care.
• Participate in outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness and prevention initiatives within the community, contributing to a greater understanding of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential patient records to comply with state regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our client population often includes individuals navigating significant life transitions or experiencing distress related to personal, health, or occupational stressors. Understanding the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of our patients is paramount to effective therapy.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment standards, with a specialization in therapeutic interventions relevant to the hospital setting.
• Possess strong analytical and clinical reasoning skills to effectively create and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for fostering therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborating with a diverse interdisciplinary team.

• Experience in hospital or outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms enhances workflow efficiency.
• Participation in community outreach and advocacy programs related to mental health is an asset.
