Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that engage participants in discussing personal development topics and mental health education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications
  • Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.
  • A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment standards, with a specialization in therapeutic interventions relevant to the hospital setting.
  • Possess strong analytical and clinical reasoning skills to effectively create and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in hospital or outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.
