Verve Wellness & Consulting Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a remote school-based setting. This position is designed to be remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own work schedule while providing essential support to students and their families. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across varying age groups and backgrounds.
• Thoroughly documenting each client session, ensuring that all clinical notes and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Effectively managing a caseload, which includes scheduling ongoing appointments and maintaining an updated calendar.
• Utilizing technology and our billing service to streamline claims and handle client accounts receivable, ensuring all payment-related queries are addressed.
• Demonstrating clinical expertise by achieving positive outcomes through tailored therapeutic interventions for a variety of clinical presentations.

This role primarily focuses on supporting students in school settings, addressing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. Our therapists are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all clients, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and resilience.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• Current LCSW license, enabling independent practice.
• Exceptional professionalism and strong therapeutic boundaries.
• Cultural competency and a commitment to self-motivation and organization.
• Availability to work full-time (minimum 20-25 hours per week), including at least two evenings per week.
