How you’ll make an impact in this role

Directs the daily operations of a department(s).

  • Develops specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
  • Develops departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Directs special projects and business analyses.
  • Develops short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Must be Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
  • At least 2 years of Nursing Home leadership experience
