Key Responsibilities

Your daily functions will include:

• Providing compassionate, ethical, and individualized counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Implementing solution-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation and mental health needs.
• Developing and maintaining personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and challenges.
• Fostering insights and promoting self-awareness in clients related to their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments as necessary, and teaching effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on serving stable, low-acuity adults grappling with a variety of mental health concerns. The clients you will work with may be experiencing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to significant life transitions. Our objective is to empower these individuals with the tools they need to improve their mental well-being and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current, state-issued license to practice mental health counseling, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• The ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic approach toward clients.
• Proficiency in technology and electronic communications, crucial for conducting virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy or in virtual counseling environments are highly valued. Previous work with diverse populations and familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic approaches will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually based on your caseload and experience level. Additional benefits include:
