  • Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care approaches.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate documentation of client progress to inform ongoing treatment decisions.
  • Utilize crisis management techniques effectively, providing support and de-escalation when necessary.
  • Maintain a compassionate, confidential, and secure environment for all virtual sessions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate (LMHC-A) is essential.
  • A strong background working in behavioral or mental health settings with an emphasis on trauma-informed methodologies.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 1 year of counseling experience is required, demonstrating a robust ability to connect with clients and manage varying degrees of mental health disorders.
