Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. As part of a fully virtual team, you will have access to robust administrative and technological support which alleviates the burdens of paperwork and billing, thus allowing you to focus solely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions using video chat, providing a safe and ethical space for individuals to discuss their mental health concerns.
  • Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable progress for patients.
  • Assist clients in gaining insights about their experiences, relationships, and emotional responses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. Our goal is to empower individuals to enhance their quality of life by developing the necessary skills and strategies to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional in your state of practice.
  • Accepted licensures include, but are not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Must be able to practice independently without supervision and have no disciplinary actions on your license.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a sympathetic nature are essential to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficient computer skills and comfort using virtual counseling platforms.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in remote settings is highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience in community health or outpatient services will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
